Attending a Catholic School for 2010-2011
All families were informed that we will be closing St. Brigid’s at the end of this school year. We are encouraging everyone to consider enrolling in another Catholic school. You can visit the Diocese website www.faitninourfuture.net for more detailed information.
If enough families are interested, I can arrange an “Information Night” at St. Brigid’s. I can invite all local Catholic School to attend. If this is something you are interested in attending, please contact the office 273-3321.
We Need Your Support.
It is important that our families continue to support our various programs, especially our last required family fundraiser – Super Raffle. It will begin May 10th and ends in June.
Golf Tournament & Block Party CANCELLED
Our May 1 Golf Tournament and Block Party was cancelled. All sponsorship and golf fees will be refunded.

Volunteers Needed for the Grade 7 & 8 Semi-formal
The Semi-formal dance will be held on Friday, May 7th, 7:00 – 10:00pm. We can use volunteers to help plan, set-up, chaperone, and clean-up. Please call the office for more information.
Registration Fee for 2010-2011 We Be Refunded
All families that paid a registration fee for 2010-2011 will receive a refund sometime within the next couple of weeks.

Registration Update
At this point, we have 112 students registered. If you have not registered your child please do so ASAP.
Convent to Educate – Re-Imagining Catholic Schools, 7:00-8:30pm, April 21, St. Ambrose, Latham
You are invited and encouraged to attend a regional meeting to review the draft strategic plan for Catholic Schools. Planning for the future of Catholic education is an exciting and challenging opportunity. It is important that the planning committee hear from all constituent groups as the Diocese develop a plan to re-imagine Catholic education for t he 21st century. We can arrange to car pool. Please call the office for more info – 273-3321.
Table of the Lord
Some of our students participated in a taping of Table of the Lord on WXXA Fox 23. It will be aired Sunday, April 11th at 6:30 am.

These committees have been working very hard and producing some outstanding results. Please attend this meeting for an update and to assist. The meeting will take place in the cafeteria.
